Found the book a bit too dry for my taste, couldn’t quite grasp why the stories were there necessarily, and if and how they were truly intertwined, pther than theough the fact that the characters were related.

A novel following the lives of a family before, during, and after the Revolution. An interesting way to understand different perspectives of people, some of whom stayed in Cuba, some who left. Magical elements, thought-provoking.
