The first 85-90% of this book is thorough, cohesive and eye opening. The last bit was kind of disjointed so it didn’t really stick the landing. But still good.

I really wanted to learn about the history of Puerto Rico from this book, but it was too academic to hold my attention. Reading it reminded me of slogging through a homework assignment someone had determined was necessary.

Really informative! Was about 80% financial, which wasn’t exactly what I was expecting but still was really important information and gave me a basis from which to do more research.
