This is not my favorite of the series, so far. Mila was treated poorly by Alexander, Christian, and the author. I wasn't especially fond of Alexander and Christian's dynamic, or either of them as individual characters. I'm not sure why. I may write a fuller review later after I think on it a bit more.
Also, I want to note that the cover makes it seem like this is a ménage romance, but it's an M/M romance. Ménage serves as the plot set-up only, giving Alexander and Christian an opportunity to interact and become attracted to each other. See my Heat Notes below for details.
Heat Notes:3 full, explicit sex scenes. The first is MFM, second is MMF, and third is MM. In the scenes where Mila is present, the M/F interactions are minimized and the focus remains on Alexander/Christian. Also, this is what I would call a reverse slow burn. All the sex scenes occur in the first half of the book, and none occur in the second half.
