Love love love it! The dream aspect is a good twist - but why Faelan?? - he's just awful why dream of him... I really thought it was building up to a confrontation between Todd and Sir or some kind of attempt to take Brie away from him. Perhaps that is to come.
I am not sure I like the branding idea. Not unless he intends to reciprocate at least. If she has to have his initial permanently burned into her flesh he should do the same with her initial. Would be fair I think.
I like that we begin to see a little more of Thanes vulnerability come through.
Red sure is the queen of the cliffhanger. I have to go straight out and read the next one and then the next one - but then I know I will have no Thane left to read if I do that:-(
The scene with the pearls was hot and totally the way I thought she would put them to use - shame that voicing her feelings for him triggered a negative reaction. I wonder where he was all night til dawn? Please let it not be anything to do with Ms Clark. Have to read the next one straight away to see what happens - I am sure he is sending her off to Tono... dangerous!
