I read this book a couple weeks ago and haven't fully been able to articulate how I feel. I know someone who's life is exactly as this book and I can say that these emotions the character feels are so real it is heart breaking.
This book was so gut wrenching, powerful, horrifying and so much more.
The writing is exquisite to the point where you know what he is talking about without it being explicitly stated.
Honestly even after writing this review it still does not capture how emotional this book was for me and if you have the stomach and can deal with such issues I would suggest you read it.
This book has a lot of trigger warnings and so you should definitely look them up before reading.

Very reminiscent of the edgy fics I'd write as a teenager on deviantart. I feel like there was a good start with the concept but the execution was poor.
