Hang on a min, I said everyone needs a Logan, well totally changed my mind, give me a Christian (heart is melting) God I hope there is more of him in this series, he’ll he needs a whole series for himself. Anyway great book again, and yes Dannika added the humour that I so love.

Life-changing secrets are carefully revealed in this urban fantasy packed with nail-biting action.

The focus of this book was more on Silver and Logan’s relationship and the challenges they faced because of the general animosity between Mages and Chitahs and the strict rules governing the Chitahs’ courting rituals. But since neither Silver nor Logan bothered much with such pesky things as rules it was very entertaining to see them navigate these obstacles.

I enjoyed the two of them together, even more than the previous book. Logan proved himself to be loyal above all else and there was no doubt about his commitment to Silver. Silver was struggling somewhat to come to terms with what it would mean to be fully part of Logan’s life. Justus and Silver had some more meaningful interactions, which I loved, and helped to bring more dimension to their relationship.

There were some extremely interesting developments regarding Silver’s heritage that I cannot wait to explore further. As expected, she learned more about how the Breed world worked, but she still has a long to way to go to navigate the complexities of it all. And even though it was hard to read, Silver wasn’t invulnerable, and she found herself in seriously hot water more than once.

I can recommend this series if you like urban fantasy romance with magic. It is best to read them in order.

I absolutely love the Mageri series by Dannika Dark. Dannika is one of my top favorite authors. Her storytelling is styled the way I love to read. Filled with suspense, mystery, action and warm romance. There is a big story she tells with complexity that isn't confusing. Romance that isn't boring, and has a deeper meaning.

There is not a Dannika Dark book that I have read that hasn't moved, touched or brought a tear to me. Bravo, Dannika. You deserve more publicity on what inspiring author you truly are.

I only really started getting into this halfway through. I'm still not a great fan of logan but he is growing on me. Christian is a great addition and he's one of my fave characters along with Simon

Almost one year ago, a Mage attacked Silver and changed the course of her destiny.
Immortals exist, and now she is one of them.

Within the dark and supernatural city of Cognito, Silver is living under the watchful eye of her Ghuardian and dating her mortal enemy. Neither man can protect her from a dark secret, one buried within the contents of a box. As rival factions struggle to gain control, she finds herself in the middle of a centuries-old feud that threatens to drive a wedge between her and Logan Cross, the man who intends to seduce her.

I love these characters and the world Dannika has created. I love the mysterious Christian and that he loves Silver but holds back because of Logan.
I love Simon. He adds so much humor to everything.

I don't know why I keep reading these, probably because some of the side characters are interesting. But this whole book is going to/throwing parties, the bad guys attack, regrouping, repeat.

Wow another great read... this had me putting the book down in annoyance crying laughing... its fully packed of the feels.

Logan awww Logan he is so patient and understanding of silver... She is difficult and stubborn at times and they seem to be lost in translation with each other but still they fit together perfectly....

Really great book

So much happened in this book I almost feel like I need to re-read it to catch it all. I dislike how slowly the relationship with Logan has gone. It seems he proves himself over and over and she's still waffling, which feels cruel. I also find these breed laws to be so ridiculous. And I didn't care for the jump into Sunny's relationship POV (but I also find Sunny to be a boring character). Overall it's a fun read and I like the various male characters.
