First off this is the first mlm Hades and Persephone reimagining I have ever come across! And it was A+

Arlo has always taken care of his sister, Auriol, ever since his parents have passed of a terrible sickness he has watched over her. Just as the Elves watch over the town of Tithe. They protect its from the vampires that plague Darkmourn. Every year the elves come and take humans as tribute for their protection. This year Auriol is determined to go to the choosing, to be their and possibly one of the chosen.

Faenir should have never been born, with him death follows. One touch and the person is dead, including the queen and king. Being he first born he is the rightful heir to the Elven throne. But being shrouded in death has made him an outcast to his family. And without a mate who can withstand his touch, he will never have a chance at the title.

That is until one choosing he is forced to follow his brotherin to Tithe to choose their mates, and one lowly human survives his deadly touch, Arlo.

I honestly don’t know how Ben keeps out doing himself! King of Immortal Tithe was amazing. The spice, the story, the tie in to the previous Darkmourn book (lord of eternal night) it was fantastic! I can’t wait for the next one to see where this series goes.
