This is a short story, or maybe a novella, by the author of Mort(e). It is set in the near future. A terror attack (dirty bomb) has destroyed most of Philadelphia. There is one company, the multinational Lee-Pi corporation, able to provide security and basic services to the citizens of Philadelphia. Leonard Cheung works for Lee-Pi as a kind of "clean up man" and is sent on a mission to find a valuable race horse owned by the Mr. Lee. During his search he collides with a resistant movement. Eventually Cheung starts to question his belief in the company's mission.

Bronson Pinchot narrates. He’s great!
Another short story. Near future. US economy crashes & after the Great Bailout the multinational Lee-Pi corporation steps in to run the country.
A story about a company man, assassin, errand boy who sets out in what he thinks are the desolate streets of Philly to recover something Mr Lee has lost.
Now I want to add Gulliver’s Travels to my TBR!
