Not a fan! Had loads of potential to be a great claustrophobic horror. I was genuinely excited to read it. The kids in the story weren't written well, in my opinion. The use of the word "sis" felt forced and ruined my suspension of disbelief. Also, all the poop, fart, and smelly butt dialogue really made me cringe. The ending was a huge disappointment.

Had to suspend disbelief too much for a plot that has enormous potential, a very interesting "bottle" location, but is sabotaged by its own unlikeable characters. I don't think I have hated 4 characters more than I hated this "family"

The book and the movie don’t differ too much. The book like the movie was rather boring. The reviews and descriptions I’d read had made it sounds quite promising but it wasn’t for me
