Yes Chelle! Yes!
I love Chelle's writing style, when I seen this one I had to have it especially after devouring her Gallo Series.
Lauren, my hero. Leading in a world that is lead by men and she takes no bullshit until she has to from an unexpected person.
Antonio, you devil. So much domination, so much hell yes!
The sparks between these two are flying until they realize who the other is then it gets hotter!
By the way...cliffhangers suck, I wanted to know what happened at the end but NOPE!
Book 2 needs to come out very very soon!

Oh my what a awesome read!!!! I was hooked from page 1. The chemistry between Antonio and Lauren is crazy hot. The cliffhanger at the end has me wanting for more ASAP, can't wait to see how it finishes!!!!

YASSSS <-- my reaction to the backstory for Lauren- the main female lead in the book.
I am a fan of stories with a strong female lead, and Lauren is that.
Lauren is the CEO of Interstellar. A company that Antonio wants. But after one night- Antonio wants Lauren too.
I enjoyed how uncompromising Lauren was as the female lead, she was believable as a woman who had worked hard to run a company that is worth millions- maybe billions? She has a great backstory that lays the foundation for all her hard work and commitment to her career.
This is a Cliffy- which one doesn't expect from Chelle but the second book is right around the corner!! I cant wait to see what happens

I thought Acquisition was a really great read and a fantastic enemies to lovers story. As you have Lauren a kick ass CEO from Interstellar. Who wants nothing more than to make her dads dreams come true and Antonio a somewhat mysterious rival CEO. Who it seems always gets what he wants, and what he wants more than anything is Interstellar. As well as Lauren herself.
Yet there was also so much more to this story. Including a mole, an ex who can't take no for an answer, off the charts chemistry and a cliffhanger, that has left me desperately wanting to get my hands on Merger. And for me all of this combined made Acquisition a story not to be missed. Which is why I would happily recommend it to others. Especially if you are a fan of the fantastic Chelle Bliss.

I love a strong, take no shit woman! Lauren is the CEO of one company and Antonio is the CEO of another. He wants her company but she’s in no mood to let that happen. Super sexy and Ms Bliss’ writing is on point. Can’t wait to see what happens in book 2 of this duet!

Oh my.... what did I just read?? I'm stunned and trying to figure out my words for this review and coming up empty handed. It's sometimes difficult to put into words how much you love a book and I LOVED this book!!! Chelle is an amazing author and I have read pretty much everything she's written and she definitely nailed it with Acquisition. I was intrigued and captivated by the characters and story from the beginning till the end. Lauren is a strong, sassy, smart, hardworking CEO in a male dominated world and Antonio is the sexy, arrogant, devilish man wanting to take more than just Lauren's business... he wants her too. This is a definite MUST read!
