I have never experienced so much second hand embarrassment in all my life. But, like, why did Jack just, like, not have a personality? Aside from making fun of Emma ofc. Also Jack and the co-director defo had a fling at one point. Emma should also defo just dump Jack and live out her lesbian fantasy with Lissy, more gay would defo make this story better.

I loved the twist of the guy on the plane being her boss. That was hilarious, and then adding a romance onto that? So good!

I LOVED this book. Sophie Kinsella is one of the few others that can make me laugh out loud while I'm reading a book. Kinsella's Shopaholic books usually get the most notice, but "Can you Keep a Secret" I think is WAY better.

(4 star rating by my middle school self more than a decade ago!!!) I probably read this book before 2010. At the time, I was a big fan of Sophie Kinsella and her romcoms. I don't think I'd like it as much reading it now but it'll continue to have a special place in my teen years.

This book was hilarious and romantic and amazing from start to finish! It took me only a day to read which is the best kind book in my opinion. My favorite Sophie Kinsella book so far! I absolutely love this book because the characters were so vivid and real. The plot and its many twists and turns had me squirming and laughing! Fantastic book!
