I heartily enjoyed this second book in the series! The extra word count gave it the room it needed to hit all the right emotional buttons, while also being fun and funny. This is definitely an author to watch!

This was such a cute novella! I love that it was an accidental mating turned office romance with a golden retriever type of male lead. He was so caring and loving toward the female lead and I’m just bummed that it wasn’t dual POV so the reader can’t really tell what he’s thinking although, we do see how he feels when it comes to his actions. I also wish there wasn’t that slight miscommunication bc of the fmc being an overthinker but I’m glad it worked out and they got their HEA :)

I didn't expect this book to make me laugh the way it did. This book is funny, erotic (ofc), and unique.

This was an absolutely sweet & delightful novella.

I loved the slice of office life and all of its mundanity contrasted with the incredibly steamy mate bond. Janice’s narration was fun and Khent was such a shy sweetie, I wish we had gotten some of his POV.

There were a few odd scenes that made me go “huh, how?!?” (size difference & banging on a window ledge, for example) but it wasn’t too egregious to make me enjoy it any less.

Anyways, it’s a great little palate cleanser for fans of instalove, cinnamon roll heroes, high steam, and quirky quips.
