Duck is kind of a slacker; he craves being the one in charge of everything, but quickly tires of doing the jobs and duties that go along with the position.

A cute story perfect for any age, but an older child will appreciate the referenced iconic images from some of our own past presidents.

Love this series but especially liked the way elections were portrayed in this book. Would use this with early elementary students during election season.

Prophetic. Unfortunately the duck has more sense that the narcissist in chief.

Huh. Well certainly better than I expected. But hard to classify. Parody? Ironic? Not exactly a bedtime storybook. It certainly has attitude when it comes to explaining what it means to protest, run for an elected office, take power, do the job, and then decide what to do next.

Very well done. Duck first goes after being the boss of the farmer and when that turns out kind of hard and gives him a headache, he then proceeds to move up the later - all the way up to president.

This book was annoying. I thought Click Clack Moo was cute, but this just grated. Perhaps it’s what the times have done to me.
