Really funny. Good interplay between art and text. I also like the circuity of the pet Ginny starts with and ends with. Overall well done and a very fun readaloud.

Clever and fun, the kids at story time will get a big kick out of the absurdity of the magical creatures Ginny wants to bring home as a pet. What kid cannot relate to wanting a pet they can't get? Fantastic illustrations just make this one even better!
