Ik vond het nét te veel een dupe van de Zeven Zussen om echt goed te zijn. Daarnaast vond ik er veel herhaling inzitten. Het verveelde me ook dat het constant ging over dat mensen zo knap waren ("voor hun leeftijd")

Het verhaal was emotioneel en greep me af en toe best aan. Het zat ook goed in elkaar en was echt wel mooi geschreven. Denk dat ik een ander boek uit de serie ook wel zal openslaan.

Mijn tweede Soraya M. Lane boek, en het eerste boek in de Verloren Dochters serie en WAT HEB IK GENOTEN. En ja, dat mag in caps lock. Wat een prachtig verhaal zowel in het verleden als het heden. Ik heb op punten echt gehuild. Beide hadden heerlijke romances waar je gewoon helemaal aan het rooten bent voor de karakters. En die epiloog, dank je!
