Another fantastic book by Karen Rose, an amazingly good storyline and a fantastic ending. Would never have guessed the killer, kept me in suspense the whole time. Highly recommend x

I'm just loving Rose's series. I do have to say that this book is less graphic than the previous two books. It focused more on the relationship between the two characters and their struggles with their past due to the murders that are going on.

I did get a bit annoyed with the female character because in Rose's other books, the lead female character was strong. In this book, whenever Kristen was in trouble she prays that Abe will come and rescue her.

While reading this book, I kept guessing who the killer was and it turns out that when it was revealed I was shocked because he wasn't even on my radar when I going through the list of characters trying to figure out who it could be. So that was fun.

Overall I did enjoy the book and was happy that Kristen and Abe got a happy ending that was fitting for them.

I enjoyed the story line in this book. The story of ASA Kristen Mayhew kept you guessing, it had you wondering why she is the way she is and also what happened to her. I had suspicions of who was the "humble servant" but initially I was wrong and it was only in the last few chapters that it all came together and made more sense. Well worth the read.

Karen Rose once again proving her worth in ynr crime thriller field.
This time we switch characters with it following Mia Mitchell,  Abe Reagan and Kirsten Mayhew as Kirsten is sent letters / parcels from someone who is helping clean up the Chicago area of people who got away with literal murder.
It's a good revenge / vigilante story, but didn't quite have the flow of the previous two books. Despite this, I still whizzed through in 3 days and for such a big book to keep me hooked, it says everything you need to know about this author.

A really fantastic story which I have now read multiple times, and even though I know who the killer is, I still get sucked in, and struggle to put it down and do anything else until I get to the very end and would definitely recommend it to others.
