Almost a decade or so ago, I read this book called “Many Lives, Many Masters” by Dr Weiss. Back then, I was just getting into philosophy and thought of myself as a skeptic when it came topics of reincarnation despite being heavily influenced by the Eastern Philosophies.
Many Lives, Many Masters is a ‘true story’ of a prominent psychiatrist’s experience with his patient Catherine, who under hypnosis is able to remember her past lives which go all the way up to 86!
I didn’t completely believe it back and I still don’t know what to believe in now, but I went ahead & started reading his second book “Same Soul, Many Bodies” which is more of a progression therapy.
He has provided detailed case histories of his patients demonstrating the therapeutic benefits of progression therapy -- guiding people through the future.
I still don’t know what to think of reincarnation or the fact that a psychiatrist can take you through your past lives or even help you envision or change your future but no matter your beliefs, I think it’s a fascinating book everyone should give this book a try.

Just okay.
The author really went out of his way to plug his other books—in every. Single. Chapter.

Absolutely incredible, life-changing book that is easily in my top 3 for favorite books. Can't wait to go to a full-day workshop to hear Brian Weiss speak in a couple of months!
