I waffled on what to rate this but I settled on 4 stars. The voice, the writing style of this book worked for me. I love a deep dive into someone’s existential crisis

Uncomfortable. Raw. Necessary? There are parts of this book that I won't ever lose, and others that I hope to. Read the content warnings.

I tried to like this book, but it really just wasn’t for me at all. I can’t imagine why any reader would be interested in much of the content. I agree there were a few good sections, but not enough of them.

contemplative and very good slice of “real life” but i there was no moment of click for me, maybe just my aversion to higher academia

Such a unrelenting, emotional, singular voice. I can’t wait to read more from this author.
