Really fun!
I listened to the audiobook and it felt exactly like the podcast with Rob and a Josh chipping in with extra comments as they read.
Also enjoyed the audiobook exclusive bits with Rose, Lou and their parents.
I think I enjoyed it so much because I already listen to and like the podcast, but think you could still enjoy it without having listened before.

As a non parent, it was still a fun listen. Felt I was like listening to an episode their podcast rather than a book which was nice.
