To use during bilingual storytimes during The Day of the Dead.

The prose is fun, and I enjoyed the opportunity to read it in dual languages. The artwork exudes incredible joy!

I really wanted to love this book, because I love Dia de los Muertos, but it didn’t make much sense. It rhymed at times and then it didn’t. The translation, was okay.
I also picked up this book because it’s bilingual. I love bilingual books.
It does have recipes in the back and a little bit of history in the author’s note (back matter).
