If you’ve ever listened to a podcast of Romesh’s I think you’d enjoy this. Gutted that I knew a few of the stories in the book but it has been out a while by now. Romesh’s unmistakable, self deprecating humour is littered throughout this lighthearted and entertaining book :)

Written in Romesh's distinctive humour, this book was a glimpse at the self deprecating, flawed man beneath. Some genuine heart felt stories mixed in with laughs is always a winner.

What is there to say about a comedian's memoir? Presumably you like Romesh Ranganathan's comedic style, otherwise why are you even reading this? Assuming that you do, then there is plenty to enjoy in Straight Outta Crawley. The majority of the book is about his career and how he got the breaks that got him where he is now. What shines through is how grateful he is to his family and colleagues who helped him on his way. An entertaining and easy read that won't change your world, but is a perfectly enjoyable way to spend some time.
