I loved the art style in this one - I found it really beautiful and very artistic. Unless lying down, most of the characters are depicted with a curved stature, which was super unique. Sometimes I found the plot hard to follow and a Little jumpy - a lot of the action/key scenes seem to happen off the page. The focus on-page is the relationship between the two protagonists, which seemed pretty messed up, if I’m honest. The physical hitting really bothered me, in particular.
At times, it reminded me of a more f’d up version of Uncomfortably Happily, a graphic novel about a couple who go to live in the countryside of Seoul and struggle to manage money and coupley happenings. It is more pure and wholesome, though, where this is more dark and graphic.
I didn’t overtly dislike this one but I also don’t know if I’d recommend it. If you like beautiful artistry (like I do) then this could be for you, but expect to find a dysfunctional relationship at the heart of the manga.
