This was a fun story to read. I almost gave up on this book due to the "lack of spine" main character syndrome that a lot of MC's in this genre seem to have. I'm glad that I went the distance and finished this because the MC actually GROWS. I got to the part in the book and was like, "ABOUT DAMN TIME!" This story is well written, and the characters are all fun to read about. Even the trope characters. I'll be picking up the next book to see what happens because there are some BOMBS dropped at the end of this book and I need to know how they iron out.
