A light, fun read to blaze through on a Sunday morning, with a style that reminds me of [a:Melissa F. Olson|6536659|Melissa F. Olson|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1383759623p2/6536659.jpg]. I thought it was well-paced, with pretty good characterization for a paranormal romance, interesting worldbuilding, a fun if not exactly novel plot, and an important, though common, theme conveyed in a relatively subtle fashion. Probably my biggest complaint: as with most Kindle books, it could use some copyediting. Overall, I liked it, and will be keeping an eye out for more in the series.
