When I first started this book, I was invested from the start. It immediately caught my attention and had short chapters which made it easy to get through.

Some scenes were a little bit dragged, but it was interesting overall.

I had made out many possible endings to the book but the actual one surprised me and I am going to pick up the next one in this series soon!

You should definitely read this book and it’s a great fantasy series to read if you enjoy romance sub-plots.

Loved!!! I ate this book up! Absolutely loved following her story throughout and seeing all of the things that happened throughout what she has going on.

Easy read and funny but not really earth-shattering.  Feels a lot like a copy of ACOTAR so far which is a little disappointing. Still I'm curious to see where the series goes from here....

I enjoyed the story, I enjoyed the characters.  I don't think I'd be so spunky if my desire for vodka led to me being a captive un enemy territory.   But I loved that our FMC wasn't a wilting weepy terrified thing.

I even teared up at the end, although I'm super hormonal so I don't know if that reaction is very reliable.  Lol. But into the next book!

see. i started this book because tik tok said it was really good enemies to lovers but it better pull an ACOTAR moment in book two or i will have wasted my TIME. The lead MMC is fine i guess but mostly reminds me of lukewarm hot chocolate that you keep drinking because you think it’s hot but then remember it’s been sitting beside you too long.
