This book was soul crushing but captivating. It is a very dark read so please check the TW’s before you read.
With that being said, I truly enjoyed this book it sucked you right in and you were able to connect and bond with a lot of the characters. I laughed and cried, I even threw the book and had to walk away a few times. This book is NOT for the faint of heart.
However the ending of this book is why I am only giving it 3.5 ⭐️
The ending to me felt so rushed and it honestly made no sense. Like why?
I won’t say my reasonings just so there aren’t any spoilers… but if you’d like to discuss I would love to know your thoughts

I can't even figure out where to start. I really can't tell you anything about this book. Everything I want to say could be a spoiler. This is one of those books that every detail is an intricate piece to the coming together of this f*cked up story!
But boy... did I love this book. I swoon over the extremely dark and twisted. I found myself salivating for more. More dark. More demented.
This story is told in the perfect way. It goes from present to past, leading up to the present. The story-telling itself gave it the WOW factor. Had it been told in any other way, it would not have been so phenomenal.
I will tell you that there will be many that don't like it. They won't like it based on one thing. The girls. Because they are all under the age of eighteen, people are going to be whiny and over-sensitive. But, that's the point to this story. This dude is beyond messed up in the head. He is sick. So, yes, his sickness is kidnapping teenage girls for his garden. If you can't move past that one simple thing, then don't bother with this book. This type of fiction isn't for you.
I am just going to fill this review with nothing but praise. I have nothing else to say about it. It fed in inner-monster in me. It was just what I was looking for in a book. I can promise you that I will never swoon over a book like I did with this one again. Okay, I will swoon over other books. However, the type of swoon is always different. So, if I were you, find a nice dark corner and dive into this book!
