Quick Thoughts: There was some good information in here about possible Thyroid causes and ways to combat the changes in your body. If you are getting this for the diet, that isn't anything revolutionary. She is pretty much go gluten-free and really close to a Paleo type of diet. You can google and get that type of information without buying the book. I do think her charts on some herbal supplements was helpful. Also, the sleeping wind down was something that I will try. I think that was probably my favorite part of the book. Overall a great guide but not a whole lot of "new" information. I still recommend it as a good guide if you haven't read up on Thyroid issues or feel you may have some.

The title short-changes this very helpful book regardless of whether or not you think you have adrenal or thyroid issues.

Worth the read even if you don't have any issues with your thyroid. The food detox and reintroductions for just being healthier is worth the read. It breaks it down and how to slowly reintroduce foods that may cause you issues; whether you knew it or not. It includes many recipes as well.
