I could not put this book down. It was unnerving and claustrophobic. I was a bit lost at some parts, but it just added to the ambiance of confusion and disorientation the MC was experiencing.

I feel... cold. And disturbed. 

I will say this book is deeply disturbing, akin to A24's Midsommar. It is profoundly chilling, which is exactly what you want from a horror novel. The descriptions are graphic and take a distinct turn to the otherworldly and mystical -- do not expect hard science here. 

Do not read if you are in a poor mental state. Please take the content warnings seriously.
