The author instructs readers to avoid debt for any reason (pg. 88) but immediately assumes they are attending college (pg. 91). Who is the target audience for this book? Someone whose college is already paid for? If they come from money they probably don't need this advice.

Lots of practical tips, tricks, and advice to help you live a financially responsible and stress-free life. A lot of it is basic common sense, but it helps to demystify the general principles of personal finance written out and described in a tangible way that is easy to implement. It's a quick, easy read that I would recommend to anyone looking for a simple guide.

Useful but very basic advice, it is a short book so it was more of a refresher of things everybody should remember. I think this book would be great to give to older teenagers, I myself would have loved to read such a book at that age.

Useful to start an outline to budgeting and finance. More like a to do list.

As I embarked on a journey to learn and understand more about personal finance management, I was ecstatic to come across such principles. The first few pages will entice you to take in the little nuggets of experience and knowledge, but because it was short, there were a lot of topics that weren't discussed as thoroughly, though it did provide a general overview of what to expect and the reality of adulting life.
