Explaining my lower-than-normal rating on this one. Rating only 3 stars because, while it was still good, and gave me all the feels as usual, I was quite uncomfortable with the relationship portrayed between Tohru's parents. It was a weird student/teacher and problematic age gap relationship. If not for that, I would have rated it higher. But it just gave me a bad feeling the whole time.

The backstories of Kyoko and yuki (iirc) were so good!! IM GLAD WE FIND OUT HOW KYO KNEW KYOKO CUZ THATS BEEN ANNOYING ME. But also, why did he say what he said to tohru when she was napping after the grave visit really early in the series? Cuz that doesn’t fit!! At least...not yet

To be honest Katsuya and Kyoko's story is uncomfortable. The ages are really... yeah. I'm glad that she was helped and able to leave her life of violence behind but I wish she could have gone to high school. I don't think getting married at that point was the right choice.
I'm glad to see Yuki continuing to grow and even speaking his mind to Akito. He's really maturing.
I don't get Machi's deal. She's clearly lost and needs to figure out for herself what her likes and dislikes are. I don't know why she goes crazy raging, it doesn't really make sense with her identifying as "blank". If you're blank, why would create a crazy mess everywhere. Maybe it's to feel less blank? I don't know
