excellent follow up in this series. there's a little bit of continual magical fixes going on that seem a bit convenient to me, but still a solid series and fun read.

Wow... back into self-important, non-interesting, semi-coherent storytelling. I desperately wanted this series to build into something, considering the praise it seems to have had heaped on it from voices I usually respect. However, this was painful to get through...
