Jemima experiments with chemistry and thinks she is not romantic at all until she starts to fall in love with her brother's best friend and valet. Archie became his best friend's valet when he became a Duke, in order to protect him and to out run his own past.
I love that both mc's have their own interests and that both are commoners by birth. It's quite rare in histrom, so it's nice to see an author buck the trend.
I loved the ending scene pulling all eight main characters from the series so far together. I can't wait for the next book.
