This was a very enjoyable read! I loved Zoe and Sawyer's adorable romance that developed over the course of their madcap adventure through Europe. It was in many ways utterly ridiculous, but all the better for it. If you want a fast-paced, exciting, romantic, action-packed book, look no further! Also, as a Gallagher Girls fan, it was wonderful to read Ally Carter's writing again, this time in an adult book! 4 stars. Recommended.

This was such fun!! Suspend all reality and just hop on for the ride with Sawyer and Zoe. He’s a spy and she’s woken up in the snow in Paris with no idea who she is. Chaos ensues and it was a fun listen! In my head, Zoe’s sister Alex absolutely went to the Gallagher School for Girls for her spy training. All the fun of the Gallagher Girl series, but for adults.

I’m so excited that Alex seems to be getting her own story!

Spice level: fade to black, and I was fine with it.

I was super curious about this book, because Gallagher Girls is one of my favourite YA stories. I feel like Ally was trying to capture older Gallgher Girls fans, but it fell a bit short of those heights.

There were some very familiar scenes and character mannerisms, but the book mostly made me miss Gallagher Girls and made me want to reread that series to help fill the spy-girl hole in my reading pile.

I'll be curious to see if this continues as a series.

Loved this book. Listened to the audiobook in one day. Strangers to lovers to enemies to lovers yes please. Only wish it was spicier. Narration was wonderful too. Good choice in voices.

Super cheesy, shallow characters and relationships, insta-love, flimsy plot, demands extreme suspension of disbelief, hella juvenile YA feel despite being an adult book. Would probably be fun to watch as a cheesy spy-romance action comedy movie though. So confused because Heist Society was a YA book that demands extreme suspension of disbelief too but was great lol.
