The story open ups 10 years back when Tyler first met Paris at a party he was throwing. He was such a bad boy at that time in his life. Paris was told to stay away from Tyler and his family. The book moves forward 10 years and it is Tyler's birthday and he is in the middle of receiving a birthday gift from a women he brought home that night. In the middle of a blowjob his grandmother shows up and tells him that the Wine business he is set to inherit is going under and that she needs him to marry Paris his ex-girlfriend to save the family business. Paris is set to marry someone else when Tyler shows up to her place. Can he convince her to marry him instead? You need to read this book to find out.

I usually love Kim Karr and books by her are a go to for me. In fact, I have been dying for this one and was excited to see it on my Kindle. Unfortunately, I didn't love this one as much as I thought I would. It was, I think, a little long in the middle. Which, as I read this all one complete book and not in the pieces as it was initially released, may have been a factor in the story feeling like it dragged a little bit.

I loved Paris. I struggled to like Tyler much. While I know he is a party guy, and a player, when we first meet him...that isn't all there was too him, but for some reason, I just didn't totally click with the responsible adult Tyler. I have no idea why. I think, maybe, my impression of him is colored by the way those around him see him, which is still as someone who didn't totally step up.

That said, the premise was fun. I enjoyed the Napa setting, and the winery setting adds a romance just by the location of the story. I do recommend this, overall.
