I think having seen the movie cheapened this experience for me, so I'm leaving this one unrated.

Gaiman is a magician. He weaves worlds together with his words. Its beauty lies in its simplicity. The book becomes less about Tristran and more about the fallen star by the time the last pages slip through our fingers, showing us that happiness can be found even if it is not where we look for it, or where we believe it is. Even if it means a little sorrow, the journey is always worth it in the end.

Tentang petualangan mencari 'bintang jatuh' tapi diambil dari 4 sudut pandang yang berbeda & keempatnya sama-sama mengincar bintang jatuh itu.

Pas bagian awal sempet dibuat bingung nyambungin antar satu sudut pandang dengan lainnya, tapi pas udah bagian akhir malah gak nyangka sama jalan ceritanya, "oooh ternyata gini"

Seru banget lah, kayak baca dongeng anak-anak tapi versi dewasa hehe

The world was truly amazing, and the ending was fine but I expected something more. It was a good read anyways!
