I liked it, but could have done without the last line. I don't think it added anything to the story, and didn't really intrigue me to read a sequel. I thought the story was self-contained, but the last line made it seem like the authors were trying too hard to have a sequel...

It's Halloween, so we have a police officer (Jack Daniels), a P.I. (Nicholas Colt) in a bar when the bad guy in a bugs bunny mask walks in. An enjoyable short story.
