End of part one had me feeling totally insane, and the very end set up a surprising twist for the next book, which I need to come out now instead of in 4 months

Is it perfect? No. Could I put it down? Also no. It could be a lot shorter but it's a really easy read. I would have liked it to be more about the dragons and their species though. There are definetly editing issues in this one, there is a lot of repetition (especially the fights between violet and Xaden) and some sentences don’t really work. I often had to re-read parts to fully understand what was going on. The story had some pacing issues but like I said it was a fun easy read.

Ok so it's kind of Embarrassing how long it took me to read but just couldn't get into it as much as the first one . To me the whole back and forth w violet and xaden was annoying and my biggest note that I hate when in fantasy books there is no 3D protagonist like what is the sage like what drives him. Also I compare every book to SJM and even her villains u are enticed 3/5

I don't support the author in any way, yet I'm hung on the series (note: I'm not giving her any money).

My overall thoughts:
- Mother mothering
- I have become a Dain apologist.
- Live love, laughs Mira
- I NEED a Mira's book <3
- Also Xander, un aplauso a este hombre enamorado

Feels like two books smashed together without room for either to breathe

Mother of dragons why is this author set on ending the books in cliffhangers I need more!!! Really well executed sequel, I like how new dynamics were brought and an adolescente dragon is everything I didn’t know I needed in my life.
