A unique microstory format that can be previewed on the A Small Fiction twitter account, with some stories accompanied by clever illustrations. Covered the full range of emotions, from hilarious to spooky, with some repetition of themes grouped together (e.g. AI, ghosts). A really fun short read.

Some poignant little musings that make you think, but some incredibly mundane and banal conversational "isn't this clever"-style let-downs.

I really loved this book of micro/flash fiction - it's astounding how poignant and thought-provoking such small vignettes can be. Recurring themes are human nature, ghosts, dogs and aliens, and with a mix of the silly and the serious this book raised both a smile and hairs on the back of my neck.

Beautiful, strange, lovely, wonderful, and whimsical. I adore Miller's tweets and was lucky enough to get a copy of the book, which I then promptly devoured. A lovely read.

This is the closest I have gotten to a book of adult poetry that I truly appreciate. Every little story creates such a wide universe in just a tiny blurb.

The book itself is a piece of art and the content is deserving of the gorgeous blocking and design. While you can get some of this content on social media, this is definitely worthy of purchasing.

A strange but delightful collection of flash fiction that is somehow both insightful and shitpost worthy

A charming little book of super short tales with delightful illustrations.
I came across this on Instagram and treated myself to the book. It's an ideal book for the smallest room where you can pick it up, read a few tales, then set aside for a later visit

This collection of very short stories is funny at some points, thought-provoking in others and surreal in some still. This book can be read all in one sitting or slowly over the course of days. It's a refreshing change of pace. I did find the formatting to be a little annoying, but it didn't distract from the stories being told or make me dislike the book as a whole.
