This is one of the sweetest and most touching books I have ever read. Every patient's experience is handled with such care and sensitivity. You also get to know the author herself as details of her own life are woven throughout, as well as how each patient described had an impact on her. I highly recommend it, and especially for anyone who has a terminal illness, has a family member with a terminal illness, or who recently lost someone. I'm in none of those situations currently (thankfully), but it was still a very moving book to read. One of my favorites. This book to stick with me for a long time.mynameschrissy's review
