Totally fine novella-length monster romance. It delivers on its promises: a human gets abducted by alien slavers and gets saved by an alien dragon prince. There is a little burn, some back and forth, some confusion, but I would categorize this as "mostly harmless" and enjoyable fun.
It's not too steamy, but there is some ogling and heated thoughts. Absolutely recommend as a light read that will clean your palate, and is a fun way to spend a few hours. I'll be continuing the series.

What a fun surprise! I really enjoyed reading this. The tone was really fun and light even though the content was a bit dark. Crux was really cute. I also loved the world and the way the mates worked.
