I was sobbing already half way through. The stories are all so connected even though they may seem like the people are from completely different worlds. It shows how powerful regrets can be and how our life can turn around when we least expect it. The stories felt so real and it made my heart break for all the pain the characters go through.

I feel like my rating of the book is awkward because of the four short stories it contained. While I loved them all and the connection they all shared, some stories were better than others (story two and story four). However, I loved how we explore the nature of bonds through this. A desire to travel time, despite not being able to do anything long-lasting, just to meet with someone once again. You can see how much change can occur, even if the only thing that changes is your perspective.

A short but thought provoking read. A very gentle writing style with an emotional thread running throughout the separate stories. I keep thinking about it.
