What in the avoidant attachment style was this.

Emotional infidelity made me feel ICK throughout. And there’s a literal line about soul mates so you know I’m going to be sassy about that. The payoff just wasn’t satisfying, and the pacing dragged. It just felt like too much and too little, simultaneously.

A wonderful, light romance read!!!! I love how the chapters alternated between the two main characters!!!

3.5 stars. It was just average. It’s about two authors who co-write and fall in love. There’s bad timing and miscommunication which I didn’t like, I think this story is less of a romance and more about the FMC finding herself. I heard this was spicy but I didn’t think so at all. I was in a big reading slump while reading this so take this review with a grain of salt

Books about people writing books can go two very different ways and this was not it for me unfortunately. The writing was trying too hard to be beautiful and meaningful and I was not into the emotional cheating/actual physical cheating even though the characters try to convince you it doesn’t count
