Didn't like the love triangle as it was lame and cliched. But I loved the action and racing and tracking as usual.

The Ranger's Apprentice series is one of my favorite series of all time, and this book has always been my favorite! I love the intricacies of the plot, how the characters split up in times of trouble but somehow find each other again, and TUG! I love that horse with my whole heart, and his interactions with Will are just the cutest! Rereading this book for the hundredth time was just as fun as the first read, and I'm so glad I decided to do a reread of this series!
