Shopping for a Billionaire - Part 2
3.5 Stars

Series note: The 3rd installment in the serial.

Shannon Jacoby's ongoing romance with billionaire Declan McCormack hits a few snags when their first date lands them in the emergency room, and Shannon's job leads to a potentially ruinous conflict.

The story ends on a cliffhanger and I really hope that the drama is resolved quickly in the next one as this is a fun listen that does not need any unnecessary angst.

4 Giggling Star’s
Audiobook

It started out GRRRRREAT, I was like yay you go Declan & Shannon have their first date.
Only true to form it goes horribly awry and not in the funny way.
But swoon Declan is there to rescue her, thank god.
I am still very much enjoying her mother & father they crack me up something crazy.
The Ex-boyfriend Steve shows his face again. But I am a little confused as to why Shannon is still allowing him in her life at all to be honest. Misguided guilt? I don’t know but I don’t like it.
The limo ride.. Damnnnnn that was yeah awesome!
I also enjoyed the helicopter ride that was pretty cool.
I find myself enjoying each book differently, her family welcoming Declan with open arms, but he still keeps Shannon a little apart from his.

Overall a great installment to this series can’t wait to listen to book 4.

3.5 stars, but rounded up officially. This book started out pretty good, but it got kind of boring about halfway through. Toward the end however, it picked back up and I was eager to start the final book and find out how everything was going to go.

Shopping for a Billionaire 3
4/5 stars

This one had a lot more going on than the others.

The plot:
When Shannon packed her Epi-pen I knew something was gonna happen with bees. I already called it in the last book. But I did enjoy how it played out.
Steve just needs to leave, like why did she even agree to eat dinner with him?
The helicopter felt very... Fifty Shades.
The lighthouse and Easter was cute.
The yoga class was funny.
But the whole ending to this one pissed me off. Like the second I seen Steves mother I wouldn't have engaged with her, because I actually thought that the whole pretending to be married for work was a cute plot but the way it played out just ended up pissing me off.

Characters:
Shannon-
I like her, I find her very relatable when it came to the limo scene where she was uncomfortable with her stomach. And the uncertainty to why Declan is with her... But dear lord she's frustrating. Like shit learn how to say no to people who make you uncomfortable.

Declan-
I love him, he's like a cinnamon roll wrapped in a sexy package.

Shannon's friends are cool, and I have a spiritual connection to her cat. Everyone else needs to go away though.

Overall:
This series is a fun guilty pleasure book and I'm excited to move onto the next one.
