Great series finale

Really liked this book, it wasn't my favourite, I still love Faye and Sin best! But the plot line was good, original and the book was really well written. Highly recommended as a great MC series

What a way to end a series! Bravo to Ms. Fernando because this series, and this book, has had me tied up in knots through the entire ride. Thank you for that!

String 3.5
Fast and easy read, engrossing storyline, great characters, and lovely to see familiar faces make cameos
Really liked how Ranger's path was different, but the way they still ended up as family
Overall it was a little predictable but still a great read I finished in one sitting

ARC received from S & S for an honest review

I have said it before - this series is the one that got me back into reading the MC genre, and each time I finish a book in the series, I am left wanting more.

We met Ranger earlier in the series, and at the end of the last book I was desperate for his story, and Ms Fernando has granted my wish.

Ranger is at a crossroads in his life. Does he fit in at the WDMC? Should he stay or should he go? What does he want with his life?

When an old friend is in danger, he is (willingly) dragged into the search for her, but what he is not so keen on is his partner... a cop.

But there are sparks, and what Ranger wants, Ranger goes for. And he wants Johanna, bad.

As our lovelies are taken on the ride to find the missing woman, other things are also taken for a ride *nudge nudge*.

As the story and their relationship progresses, they have plenty of prejudices and hurdles to overcome, but as I read each chapter, I just knew that these two would make it. They just had to.

I have adored Ranger since he first popped into the WDMC world, and I was not disappointed in his story at all, loved seeing his story come to life, and he has quickly become a fast favourite in this series (though Tracker is still in the lead there!!)

I can't wait to see what Ms Fernando brings us next.

Sweet story.
No intimate scenes with anyone other than the Hero and heroine.
HEA.
Secondary characters for future books in series and updates of previous characters in series.

This story was everything you want in a good book. Heartbreak, Thriller, Drama, HOT HOT SEX and so much more.

Ranger and Jo was I would say a perfect match for each other. She challenged him because he needed someone who didn't just do what he says and he challenged her by letting her know its okay to let someone take care of her once in a while. That it doesn't mean you are weak it only makes you stronger.

I loved reading about everyone else. And man Fay was awesome as usual. And that ending was perfect.

Oh Ranger.

I wish he'd made more of an impact in the previous books. Needless to say, I still really enjoyed his story. I'm a sucker for a forbidden romance and nothing says forbidden like a biker and a cop. There's slightly less of the other MC members in this one, mostly because he was considering leaving and also he was gone doing his hero bit.

Ranger has left the defunct Wild Men and is now part of the Wind Dragons MC with his friend Talon. When Faye asks for his help in finding his high school friend, Elizabeth, he doesn't count on her cousin Joanna, the cop, going along for the ride. Their unexpected attraction complicates a situation already made difficult enough as they race the clock before Elizabeth is sold by human traffickers.
The characters in this story are not really fleshed out, even though the point of view switches between characters at the beginning of each chapter. The complicated conflicts in the story are solved much too easily with the only real obstacle being worry about how other characters might feel about or react to the decisions made. It is a story enjoyable enough to finish, but that is about all.
