Generally an interesting thought experiment and some stuff with toxic work environments and mental health.
SpoilerHowever, there's kind of a collapsing of possible lives which is an interesting way to look at time travel, but without tragedy/horror, so there's not really any hooks for me to really care about. The dream stuff, imo, is fascinating and like, almost no time is spent on that at all.

This book was recommended by a friend and been sat on my bookcase for over a year. I can't believe I haven't read it sooner! Smashed it out in a few days but more like 6 hours. The way the characters and time jumps back and forth is structured so well and not confusing at all. It took me a while to figure out the links but I had to keep guessing. I was so much more hooked than I ever thought I would be.

SO BORING. The writing is dull, the characters are flat and one dimensional, and the plot was very meh.  This very much feels like a classic debut novel to me - overdeveloped plot with underdeveloped writing.
