Leigh has months left to earn the rest of wings in order to ascend to Elysium. Archer, One of the Seven, announces his search for a wife. With the encouragement of her best friend, Leigh decides to take on a Triple - a sinner who isn't hopeless but not looking good. Celeste, a younger hybrid Fletching convinces Leigh to go for it - as a wife of the Seven, Leigh could help change outdated, unfair laws.
Jarod is the leader of a powerful group- and zero interest in improving his soul.
Will Leigh convince him to change?
Epic. All the feelings. Ugh the characters just gauge you. Massive book hangover.

She made a big deal about being plus size. I love a good plus size fmc. She said she wore a size 8. That is not plus size.

The author didn’t lie about how this book is abt Romeo and Juliet. I love them. I love that this book surrounds their romance and angels. At least they are together until the end. I love it, I love the author’s writing.

Started out really strong. I liked the dynamic between Jared and Leigh and their back and forth. The middle of the book got a little slow though and there wasn’t much plot at that point. All the plot was shoved into the last couple of chapters when it could have been spread better over the back half.
