A Romeo and Juliet story with a happy ending.
It was a quick read with a reasonable amount of steam. 2 people who should not be together are drawn to one another.

Flow was a really great read. That was not only fast paced, captivating and hot. But it was packed full of great characters, including briefly those from the original Men of Inked series. As well as Aunt Fran, her husband Bear and son Morgan.

Not to mention it was extremely hard to put down thanks to Leo and Daphne and the fact their fathers are enemies. Yet knowing this they still couldn't keep away from each other and I loved that. As well as their family's reaction to the news they were together. I also found the epilogue highly entertaining and I really didn't want it to end; and can't wait to read more from this series in the future.

Nice beach read a little sappy and unrealistic but I enjoyed it.

Not my cup of tea. Too much machismo for my liking. Although I am glad that Daphne was still a strong character by the end.

Chelle Bliss, I can feel, is gonna be one of those authors I can go to when I'm looking for a quick-paced romance.

This one focuses on Daphne Gallo, who is honestly a hothead and means we'll. She's like that cinnamon roll that could kill with a smile —That's the vibe I got from reading her. She's different from her brothers, as I read in Maneuver and to see it highlighted here was a fun treat, especially with someone like Leo that can not just hang out but match her, step for step.
Leo Conti is such a good equal to her character. He sturdy where she's flighty, steadfast, and single-minded in his pursuit of her, but even that was within her bounds. Leo never came across as anything but respectful, and I appreciated that in Bliss's writing.

Not a big fan of the mafia family trope, but this was a solid read with the opposites attract trope added in.

I wasn’t feeling the connection, it was too instant and I didn’t buy how the H instantly fell for h. Especially when they found out 2 minutes after meeting that their fathers are enemies.

Which just throws off the entire book for me.

OH-EM-GEEEE.... Daphne and Leo's story was INCREDIBLE!! I am madly, deeply in love with these Southside Gallo's, with their hearts of gold and witty banter you can't go wrong! Daphne is a strong, independent woman who without a doubt catches the eye of Leo, the one man she shouldn't want but can't deny. This book had it all....drama, laugh out loud moments and forbidden love that will have you enraptured in their story, you'll inhale it from beginning to end. If you LOVE the Gallo's then you definitely WANT this book.... one-click NOW!

Daphne Gallo has enough going on in her life with her Father getting out of prison and finding his place in the family again and the bar to run, she doesn't mean to bump into Leo Conti. Leo is from the Conti family and is a sworn enemy to her family, but from the instant she meets him she wants him. Leo feels the same but they can't be together without causing problems for the family, or can they?

Leo is a man who gets what he wants and he wants Daphne. He knows what they are doing is dangerous but he also knows if he lets her go it will be like losing a piece of himself. Two families suffering the fate brought on by their fathers, can Leo find a way to make Daphne his?

This was good, I was curious where the story with Daphne's father would go and his is an interesting tale. I thought this was a great story, chemistry between Daphne and Leo is sizzling from the very beginning. Entertaining read, well worth picking up this series.
