Lois inherits a magical sourdough starter. It’s much better than the gelatinous meal replacement slurry that everyone is drinking.

I’m confused about how I feel about this one! The entire time I was reading it I felt like something was missing. At the same time I was incredibly engrossed in the story! Perhaps the futuristic pieces and focus on sourdough starter kept me locked in. Either way, I feel like it’s going to sit with me for a while in terms of how memorable it is.

Well-written book with an interesting premise. However, I felt that the characters were underdeveloped and I found it difficult to connect with any of them.
