This was definitely the most romantic story in the series so far. It has action and passion, but the heart of it all is the love of two people deemed by fate to be together. I highly recommend reading this series, and in order. I love this series! Don’t miss it!

I enjoyed this story and absolutely loved Devon and Anya and their amazing connection. I love that Devon is more understanding and patient than any of the other guards. Even though he lost his cool a little, he still showed more restraint than any of them. Anya is amazingly open and understanding, and I loved her strength as well. I love how accepting these two are of each other, the way they communicated with one another, listened to each other. I did feel a bit sorry for these two though. Every time the two of them tried to have some quality "intimate" moments, it was always interrupted with some type of meeting that just had to happen right now. I did, however, totally love the surprise once Devon and Anya were finally able to claim each other as mates. I knew something amazing was going to happen, but it was not exactly what I expected. How awesome!

Another reviewer said that Ms. Mills needs a dictionary/thesaurus so she would stop using the same words over and over. I hate to sound as critical as that, but if I read about the hero "slamming his mouth to, or over her lips" one more time--I just might scream! LOL! It would also be wise to use some variation in the sex scenes, especially in an interconnected series. Readers don't want to see different couples do the "exact" same thing as the others in the "exact" same order in every book.

I'm on to next book with Aaron! Hopefully that traitorous little brother, Andrew will finally see his quest for revenge is stupid and will finally be caught.
